Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Agentic Juris LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("TopReel", "we", "us"), for your use of TopReel at topreel.agenticjuris.com. By creating an account or using TopReel, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. What TopReel is

TopReel finds YouTube videos that pass our quality checks and plays them for you, on your phone or on a television you connect. The videos are hosted by YouTube and belong to their creators. TopReel does not own them and does not control whether they remain available.

2. YouTube

TopReel uses YouTube API Services. By using TopReel you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. The Google Privacy Policy applies to videos played through YouTube's player.

3. Who can use TopReel

TopReel is offered to users in the United States. You must be at least 13 years old to use TopReel. If you are under 18, you may use TopReel only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these terms.

4. Your account

You sign in with a link sent to your email address. Keep access to your email secure, because anyone who can open that link can sign in as you. You are responsible for activity on your account.

5. Free trial

Your first seven days are free and begin when your account is created. No payment details are needed for the trial. When the seven days end, TopReel stops working for your account unless you subscribe. You are not charged when the trial ends.

6. Subscription and billing

A TopReel subscription is available monthly or annually. The regular monthly price is $4.99 per month, and for a limited time we offer an introductory launch price of $3.99 per month. The annual plan is $29.99 per year, our discounted annual rate. Prices do not include any applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Whop, and Whop's terms also apply to your purchase.

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly period, at the price then in effect, until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize the charge for each renewal.

The monthly introductory launch price is available for a limited time and will end. We may also change our prices at other times. Before a different price applies to your next renewal, including the regular monthly price when the introductory launch price ends, we will tell you, and you can cancel before it does.

7. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time through your Whop account. Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Payments are not refundable, and we do not give refunds or credits for time already paid, including partial months or years, except where the law requires it.

8. Creators and share links

Creators may receive a share link and have their videos featured in TopReel. Featuring is at our discretion, and how prominently a creator's videos appear may depend on how their link performs. Creators receive no payment unless we agree otherwise in writing. A creator may ask us at any time to stop featuring their channel or to stop contacting them.

9. Acceptable use

Do not misuse TopReel. That includes trying to break into accounts or systems, scraping or copying the service, getting around the free trial or payment, interfering with how creators are credited, sending automated traffic to share links, or using TopReel in violation of any law or of YouTube's terms.

10. Our content and your content

TopReel's software, design, name and logo belong to us. Text you enter, such as Steer requests, remains yours, and you give us permission to use it to operate and improve TopReel.

11. Emails

We send sign in links when you ask for them. We may also send occasional emails about your account and about TopReel, and each of those includes a link to unsubscribe.

12. Changes and ending

We may change or discontinue features. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms. You may stop using TopReel at any time, and you may ask us to close your account by emailing support@topreel.agenticjuris.com.

13. Disclaimers

TopReel is provided as is and as available. We do not promise that it will always be available or error free, or that any particular video will be available or suitable for you. Videos are made by third parties, and we are not responsible for their content.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to TopReel is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute relating to these terms or to TopReel will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you and we consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we will tell you by email or in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use TopReel after that means you accept the updated terms.
