Privacy Policy

TopReel is operated by Agentic Juris LLC, a Texas limited liability company, P.O. Box 290005, Kerrville, TX 78029 ("TopReel", "we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you use TopReel at topreel.agenticjuris.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. TopReel is offered to users in the United States.
What we collect
Your account. Your email address. You sign in with a link we email to you, so we do not collect or store a password.
How you use TopReel. The videos we have shown you, so we do not show them again. The choices you make to shape your stream, including Steer requests you type, Tune choices, the Mood you pick, and channels you block or keep. Your plan status, including when your free trial started and whether you subscribe.
If someone invited you. If you arrive through a creator's share link or enter a creator's code, we record which creator referred you, and when. We record this once, when your account is created.
If you are a creator. If you make a creator account, your email address and the numbers for your share link, such as clicks and the number of people who joined through it. If we contact you about featuring your channel, we keep the email address we used, the date we contacted you, and whether you asked us not to contact you again.
Subscriptions. When you subscribe, Whop tells us your email address, your plan, and whether your subscription is active, so we can unlock TopReel for your account. We do not receive or store your full card details.
Device and technical information. A random identifier stored in your browser so the app works before and after you sign in. Your browser's local storage also holds your sign in session and some settings. Our hosting provider receives standard request information such as IP address, browser type and the time of each request, which it uses to deliver and protect the service.
Television casting. If you connect a Roku or similar device, the app talks to it on your local network. The address of the device is kept on your phone.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use advertising trackers.
How we use it
- To provide TopReel: to sign you in, build and play your stream, apply your choices, and prevent videos repeating.
- To run your free trial and your subscription.
- To credit creators for people they invite, and to show creators how their link is performing.
- To keep TopReel secure and working, and to fix problems.
- To send you sign in links when you ask for them. We may also send occasional emails about your account and about TopReel. Each of those includes a link to unsubscribe.
Who we share it with
We use service providers who process information for us, under their own terms:
- Cloudflare, Inc. hosts TopReel, stores its data, and sends our emails.
- Anthropic, PBC provides AI that reviews video titles and descriptions, and reads the text of your Steer requests to shape your stream.
- Google LLC (YouTube). TopReel uses YouTube API Services to find and play videos. Videos play through YouTube's embedded player, which is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. By using TopReel you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. TopReel does not sign in to your Google account. If you have ever connected an app to your Google account, you can review or revoke its access at Google's security settings.
- Whop, Inc. processes subscription payments.
When a creator's share link brings you to TopReel, that creator can see totals, such as how many people joined through their link. They do not see your email address or who you are.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect the rights and safety of TopReel, our users or others, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business.
How long we keep it
We keep your account information while your account is open. When an account is closed, we keep its information for 90 days and then delete it. We keep the list of videos you have seen up to a limit of recent items. Sign in links expire after 20 minutes. Our hosting and email providers keep technical logs for their own limited periods.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to close your account, by emailing support@topreel.agenticjuris.com. You can unsubscribe from account and product emails using the link in any of them. Depending on the state you live in, you may have additional rights under state law, and you can use them by contacting us at the same address.
Children
TopReel is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and sign in links that work only once. No system is perfectly secure.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. If we make significant changes, we will tell you by email or in the app before they take effect.
